Student government affords us the opportunity to shape our institution into a place that we feel will best support our peers in the pursuit of higher learning. Glendon students would be given the opportunity to voice academic concerns, actively participate in the policy and planning of their own courses, and develop relations with on and off-campus intellectual communities.
If Elected, I Will ...
- Create a student-run support system within each academic department through the reestablishment of course unions and a committee of course union representatives.
- Develop better relations with on-campus academic clubs and services through an academic clubs information day, an academic clubs fundraising carnival, and an academic service referral program.
- Maintain the bilingual identity of Glendon through bilingual academic support services and the representation of both English and French speaking students on academic committees.
