Collaboration

Would anybody on here be interested in doing some fun colloaborations through file sharing? Let me explain...
Somebody takes a song idea and records it (maybe piano or guitar and a vocal track) then sends it to somebody else to try their hand at adding an additional track or two on it and add their input to it. Maybe try that back and forth a few times and see what happens?
I recently did this with a friend who sent me a windows media player file with piano and vocals which I converted to mp3 and added to a Garage band file where I recorded 2 guitar tracks and exported an mp3 to send back.

I liked it so much I'm wondering if anybody else wants to try something like this just for some fun? Let me know.

I just use garage band...you can drag the mp3 the person sends you into a software track, and when you are done recording all the tracks you want you can export it as an mp3. I'm sure there are similar programs that can do the same thing.

I've created a google group for anyone interested in collaborating over the internet. It's brand new now, but I know a bunch of people that have also wanted to do this, so hopefully we can get some projects going on it.

very interesting one there, chris.. do you know of any like this that aren't limited to church worship?
