Look, I forgot to mention before that your food looks excellent, even if it is dark and creepy...
I dont watch television, but Im sure Ive heard of reality tv shows in the kitchen, so dont shoot me with "that already exists" and "youre a dumb dumb" after I suggest my idea of a tv show:
American Idol, except everyone makes food instead of singing, and Im the real blunt judge, call me Simon, and I'll mash your food in your face if it sucks... hahahaha...

Btw, Brandi might seem like a very coo-coo person, but she's an exellent cook!! Real food, real cooking, good stuff (it's the only reason I married her)...
Dont try her 'apple-carrot cassarole' though, excuse for a sec ...puke!!, barf!!, gag!!... I just dont think youd enjoy it.

i found the milk part kinda hot.
annyyway.
hot milk is good in matcha lattes! got some matcha from brantford farmer's market the other week and i'm lovin' it! nice alternative to coffee now and then. i can never go back to bagged green tea now.

other kinds of tea aren't?
i seem to remember amyjoy going on about matcha a couple years back, but i never went out and got any. i'd had it at a friends, then tried a latte at one of those lettieri coffee shops in toronto, good stuff! really good for you since you consume the tea leaves. 70x the antioxidants of orange juice!
